  Try this gameconfig (F7YO's gameconfig fixed a random 'clr.dll' crash for me recently)

  There are older versions in the download, test a few of the more recent ones out, as if any of them fix it, you will be able to pinpoint the values that have changed between files & maybe find your way to what is causing it/be able to avoid it in future etc

  Hi, I'm like 4 days late but you need a custom gameconfig in order for addon vehicles to work. You should also make sure that you're following the readme that usually comes with addon cars and adding the dlcpack to your dlclist.xml. I recommend using this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

  @i8herout Did you have OpenIV's ASI Loader or whatever? That's what loads the "mods" folder and all that.

  @wiryryanwu In gta 5 there is 4 add-on car limit ıf you more then 4 cars yon need to delete them if Less than 4 install a game config for your game version
