@TobsiCred Thanks for your help , but for some reason only the handling works . I editted Carcols and CarVariatons and now ALL tuning parts are gone Oh well , at least I can drive the car without flipping over . Honestly I don't care as much about tuning parts as I do for handling . Thanks anyway , you helped me fix the handling
@Vac-Efron I finally got it working. I think that there were several faults, but the last one was that in the dlclist.xml, at one line of 100ish the the line started with a capital I <Item> but ended with a small i </item>, I checked for this before, but apparently missed it. I downloaded this xml editor: https://www.oxygenxml.com/ which tells you if there is an apparent fault in the text.
Also I think that mod manager fucked up a little bit so I, because when i deleted some other mods (which weren't even activated) it started working.
I also found that the gameconfig that @FoxtrotDelta posted did not work for me because that the game crashed if I had more than two add-ons so this one worked for me: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gameconfig-xml-add-more-addons

@beazelweasel I think nobody has brought it up is because only a few people really care about the weapons, most people are just interested in getting the vehicles in SP and don't care about the weapons at all
I think that if you have the game on steam you can right click on GTA V in your library and go to properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache. I am not 100% sure, but I guess it's worth a try.
While this works, you will have to remove scripts and some addon files manually
Top speed and acceleration can be altered by the handling.meta file. If you don't want to edit it yourself as some of the data can be confusing. you can copy the handling data from another vehicle.
There are many mods that have aimed to improve the acceleration and top speed of all the vehicles in the game.

Some cars can be installed as an ADD-ON and this will prevent the car from spawning in traffic (unless you alter popgroups) but requires a trainer to spawn it by name.

Make sure you install properly by reading the Readme and if you still dont understand check out this tutorial here (This was the first video i found)
Also make sure you download and install an up-to-date gameconfig.xml file if you plan on installing multiple add-ons

Show all car parts(all LOD's) in polygon mode. Select vertices "By material" Default Material. Change these vertices into any other material.
Maybe the polygon count is too high. Set the Base value in the base lower. I.E Staniler.ytf/Properties/User defined properties, Base->50 to 30. Might be the closest option.
