  Don't 'move' any vanilla game files. Copy & Paste them to create duplicates
  If you now have mods installed into your game folder it's probably best to reinstall & start again.
  After the reinstall you want to learn how to use a 'mods' folder.
  Info & links on setting that up here.
  Take your time. Make sure you understand what it is that you are doing & always, ALWAYS keep backups of EVERYTHING you edit (backing up entire '.rpf' archives is my prefered method even though it takes a lot of hard drive space).
