@kastro152 OpenIV is able to change nearly anything model/texture related like cars,streets,signs,clothes and so on and intensitys like lights and effects.

Scripts either create something completely new like dealing with drugs or vehicle persistence or add existing things to singleplayer like robbing banks quick note tho it's not 1:1 as it's just not possible or takes to long but its pretty close.

@ItsJustCurtis Thanks. Just goes to show every setup is different, Steam vs Epic, installation paths etc. Never worked for me and the new update is unstable for my setup, even with new version of gameconfig, so I reverted back - don't need this DLC.

@Radman2307 Good. Pretty sad however that most of the community depends on one person, AB, to update one file. Like I said before, if he disappears from the scene either someone will have to step in or tons of users will be flooding all forums crying that their modded SP game is gone for good. Or, they could backup a few files (only took 1 this update) and rest easy. When I see new DLC is coming, it's like "Ok, big deal. I don't play online. Go ahead Steam. I'm ready to restore my game"

@Sukhoi P.S. The file from a63nt-5m1th, the guru of these forums, works perfectly. Another solution is to disable the wind, either thru a script (which is what I was doing) or through your trainer (under weather normally).

@belasto then you will need to find the textures and delete them or replace them. Do a backup first.
