Yes, thank you! I just started doing that yesterday and it makes it a lot easier to keep track of it all. Hopefully it'll also straighten out some bugs that have been bothering me lately.
Some vehicles are still unaffected/less affected. Trucks, and those with the advanced flag that makes revving slow.
It's kind of tied to audio. The RPM data in the vehicle does rise quickly, but the audio and dashboard still lag behind. No idea what actually happens there.
In my experience with FiveM at least, all mods are server side, and streamed to the clients. You need to contact the server owners to find out what is installed
data protection and copyright are two different things, neither of which apply to your situation. According to the EULA any and all assets created and used in game become property of Rockstar anyway, including all mods.
As a general rule, if the mod says you're okay to use it in FiveM, you can use it on your server. If it says you can't, then don't, and if it doesn't specify or you're unsure, message the creator and ask permission.
@OneMinuteYT I figured ENB is but I don't believe I have that many 4k textures to be honest. I purposely went for lessor polygonal mods to maintain performance but perhaps no matter what it still takes a tole regardless. I would love 60 fps with the mod setup I have but until the 3090 becomes more available Ill have to settle with my watered down version.. for now
