Add-Ons no longer install after new update. Help please?

Since the latest update, I've been fighting to get 2 Add-On car mods to work, but they'd never install, no matter if I even wrote them into dlclists.xml. And yes, so far, no typos, and they're both in dlcpacks, but they still don't work.
Any advice? I really want to play with these cars.

@Willief23 What is this for? (Your description contains too much update detail, can't find about what it does.)
So far I haven't even hit a mod limitation, yet. Do I need this when a game update comes out?

@krashadam and yes the gameconfig needs to be updated for almost every new game update that comes out.

@krashadam if it says car model invalid it means the data was added wrong to your dlc file.

@krashadam like i said if a car model says invalid when you go to spawn it it means somewhere in the meta files in the dlc.rpf of the addon car the data isnt typed in correctly. Some authors make mistakes and typos in their meta files. Or you tried to combine addon cars into your own car pack. Anytime i get an invalid model when i type in the name of the car its because i either typed in the car spawn name incorrectly or i messed up in the meta files of the addon. And only update dlclist.xml file never ever update or even touch the extratitleupdate.xml file no matter what any mod author says because that is 100% wrong.

I just said, so far no typos, everything is in there the way it is supposed to.
