Looking for help putting a mod menu on my Ps3.

I put a mod menu on my jail broken Ps3 and i think i messed it up. When i was done putting it on i clicked on gtaV on my Ps3 and it went to the gtaV loading screen and said "installing 0/2687 like a number like that and then stays at 0% but doesn't install at all. Anyone know how to fix this?

You are not allowed to mod on console and we do not condone this here. We will neither offer any help reguarding consoles but PC modding is welcome. Can a moderator please close and lock this thread?
