MOD installation

hi noobie here is there a simple tutorial on adding mods?
i have put the script pack in the gta folder and a mod or to in the folder but non have been installed.
anyone shed light on this please.

It is a good idea to install ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV .net
Actually, someone has done this before.This guy does a good series about how to install things. He bases his channel off of a mod called lspdfr, so in his tutorials he references it a lot and helps you install it so if you don't want lspdfr, just ignore those parts of the video.
Also, most mods have instructions on how to install!
