How to convert a replace vehicle to addon?

Hi there,
I'd like to have the Tesla in my game ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2014-tesla-model-s-10567b91-8508-41c0-a8ce-38e477a49015 ). Unfortunately this replaces the Voltic, which I don't want to lose. So could someone please tell me how to convert this to an addon? I tried it myself by looking at other addon installations but apparently I totally suck at this as I always get the "invalid model" message when I try to spawn it. I tried to contact the author of the vehicle but he doesn't respond.
