Traffic Mod

Sorry about not categorising, wasn't sure if script mod etc.
There should be a mod where you could edit the traffic amount in game, or at least out of game, too specific percentages for example 0% - 150% ? This would be gr like the great GTA IV mod! It would also be great as when I get to high traffic areas my FPS drops to an annoying level.. I'd probably do about 75%. Thanks! This would be cool if someone made this.

You can do it yourself, you just have to edit some files and it shouldn't take that much work... I forgot what the file was though somebody help this dude out...
