Mod Menu Xbox One

Hi! This is my first entry, so here I go.
I would like if it's possible to install a Mod Menu for Xbox One Version, if this statement is correct so my question is: How must I install the Endeavor Mod Menu?, because when I download such trainer, it shown me the compability with Xbox, but it doesn't appear the proper instruction to follow and successfully install the Mod...Without anything to say, I hope that you will help me with my problem, please!!! And thanks!!!!
