Cannot play offline mode... did 2 hours ago.

An hour or 2 ago I was playing GTA no problem in offline mode. Then I quit and started doing something else. Now I'm trying to start the game up and it's telling me offline play is only available for accounts that have logged in before with "remember me" ticked. What the fuck? Is there a timer? I don't have Internet where I'm at right now. I was playing literally 2 hours ago. Now I can't?
FYI, I have signed into Social Club before, probably about 674 billion times, with "remember me" ticked.
Why the fuck can't I play a game I paid for? What's the point in having "offline mode" that only works %50 of the time. Is there a fix to this? I have "-scOfflineOnly" in the command line

Just downloaded that onto my phone and transfered it to my laptop. It doesn't work man. The game still pops up with "offline mode not available" giving me the same message as before.

Hmm, not sure this site should support cracked .exe files. Don't get me wrong, SC is a RPITA, but this could get the site in trouble.

@AHK1221 It doesn't work at all. Regardless, not being able to play a fucking single player story mode without 24/7/365 Internet connection is absolutely bullshit.

@Izhevsk-M44 There is a timer in which you need to launch the game with internet. Probably 5-7 days. I always play on -scOfflineOnly and when asked for activation, I launch the game normally, and as soon as it shows I'm logged in, I close the launcher without actually launching the game. Then I proceed to launch the -scOfflineOnly shortcut.

@AHK1221 What do you mean? My game let me play ONCE today in offline mode then 2 hours later wouldn't let me at all. I put -scOfflineOnly in my commandline.txt that doesn't do anything it still won't let me play offline unless I'm connected to the internet.

Can someone give me some REAL help and answers????? I don't have a 24/7 Internet connection!!!!! I just want to play fucking singleplayer offline LSPDFR FFS!!!!!! HELP ME!!!! I can't get offline mode to work AT ALL!!! Social Club never let's me use offline mode even though I've signed in tons of times wtf

@Izhevsk-M44 the only way i can get single player to work without an internet connection even if i check off both checks before i hit sign in is to firewall all 3 exe files in gta v main folder. Windows Firewall can do this or a good program like ESET Smart Security that has antivirus and firewall in one. You have to create a rule that blocks incoming and outgoing connections for the 3 exes in gta v main folder. This will allow you to play singleplayer for anywhere for 7 to 10 days without bugging you. Then you will need to go into your firewall and undue the block on incoming and outgoing and change it to allow incoming and outgoing connections so you can sign into gta play for a min then exit out game and redo the whole process over again with firewall settings.

How do you do that? I have no idea how to do any of that stuff. Is there a video that specifically addresses this issue? I'm not tech savvy at all.

-scOfflineOnly does not affect your Online status, in terms of having Social Club log you in with them. All -scOfflineOnly does, is prevent you from (accidentally) entering Online Player Mode. As a result, I always have -scOfflineOnly set, SC always logs me in, and always does a weekly or so check.

So basically I'm screwed? Social club always makes me sign in with email and password, it never remembers my shit, and I can NEVER play offline. And theres no fix???????

@Izhevsk-M44 When waiting for a update for Scripthook. I had blocked GTAV from the internet so it would not update. After a few days it wanted me to log in. Setting the clock back a few days allowed me to play without logging on. Worth a try.
