Mod Update NOoSE: National Office of Security Compliance

Hi, I installed this mod after 5 months without using it. It seems that now, when you reach the yellow triangle to play a mission, you do not get any mission and you can not do anything. I think it is for the update and I would like to know if anyone could update it.

The mod is free code. I have talked to the owner of this mod and he told me that to compile it uses Visual Studio, in case someone who wants to do it can use this information
