How to Install Add-on Maps

All these new add-on maps being released, but none of them come with a clear tutorial. Can't find any only either ... obviously.
Could someone please explain clearly how to install the Alaska Map by Misha and Mushroom Island. Even this new Park Trail that's on the home page?

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor install map editor . Move all contents of the .zip into your /scripts/ directory. If it doesn't exist, create one.
