[COLLECTION][REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced (RDE) 3.1

@joshbon007 yea but... He didn't say anything about an October release? He said that he would LIKE to have it released by the end of Ocotober or November, but not that it is definitely going to happen.
-
@SkylineGTRFreak Yeah, this is the issue. People get even a hint of a potential release date, they instantly jump to "Confirmed for that particular date!"
-
Just to reiterate what I said....
[While I wont give a specific date it's safe for me to say we will release 3.0 before the end of this year. I'd like for us to have it done by the end of this month / end of November. We'll keep you posted. The plan is to give you guys a one week notice before release with a giant teaser video highlighting all of 3.0's features.]
I never promised it would be done by the end of October and I even specified that I would not give a specific date. I said that we would keep you posted and let you know a specific release date a week in advance before the official release.
It's all right there in the original quote..... Not sure why it was needed for me to explain it again but I just did. Re-read it if you must.

@rms8723 Here is that RL shit again, this is why I hate modding!

I don't know how much control you have over the way emergency lights behave, but the California Vehicle Code section 25252 states that every emergency vehicle, including fire trucks and both public and privately owned ambulances must have at least one steady burning red light facing frontward, as well they can have steady blue lights if the agency wishes. With that, perhaps if you desire one of your team may figure out a way to add a steady light to the emergency vehicles. As well, perhaps removing the ram guard and spotlights, and replacing the steel wheels with center caps to the basic looking wheels of the Albany Washington, on the unmarked Staniers that detectives drive, which would more closely resemble LAPD detective vehicles. Just a couple suggestions. Love this mod, and the 3.0 screens look amazing. Thanks for all you guys do to make the game great!
-
@rms8723 Pls Army Screenshots! SANG
-
@Dilapidated @Yard1 read @TrueNugget's comment
-
@TrueNugget Every emergency vehicles had been reworked to look like their IRL equivalent in term of equipment, so yeah they should respect that law you just mentioned. other emergency vehicles (Ambulance, Firetruck) will come in the form of a DLC : RDEemergency.

Where is the new screenshots?
-
Where is the progress?>;(
-
@AngryDJ Yes, this is still developing; But I think this will be released very soon.
-
@MvcGyver I don't believe you!
-
@AngryDJ Yeah me too. They have said it many times that they will release this soon or close enough or almost finished or etc. But the fact nothing to see.
-
@trgman @AngryDJ Lol guys Just give them time, they don't work for you, they make Free mods in their Free time, Respect that and don't be dumb ..
They will not releases RDE 3.0 If it's not finished , it makes non sense , just wait and stop thinking at it , and if you can't wait, I'm afraid there is nothing you can do (you can still cry, but it will not bring the mod faster)
How do you want them to finish the mod if you ask them a release date every time ?
Now , Please stop complaining them or do it to Rockstar to not implement better police system in the vanilla game.
-
@cgz They're probably the same kind of people that would bitch if the mod launched and was broken as fuck, much like your typical Bethesda game, or generally any AAA game released recently.
-
@cgz Shut up RL-lover!
-
@Bondergomme What about his other suggestions? "removing the ram guard and spotlights, and replacing the steel wheels with center caps to the basic looking wheels of the Albany Washington, on the unmarked Staniers that detectives drive, which would more closely resemble LAPD detective vehicles."
Also, can there be body cams for where there would legally be some in real life? I don't know how many districts in LA use them, but where there should be some, can there be? Also, something like http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9852-body-cam/ where you could switch to that view in rockstar editor, would be cool.

Are you missing a physical police computer from the vanilla cars? RDE 3.0 will bring them for you!
Our friends of the Department of Correction and Rehabilitation received some good stuff too:
