[COLLECTION][REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced (RDE) 3.1

    On a Topic related Note,i still have a small Glitch with RDE.
    I still can´t go in cover / lean at a Wall when i hit "Q" (the usual Setting for Keyboard).
    All my Character does is rotating around 180 Degrees very fast one Time and that`s it.
    Does anyone else has this Problem ad know how it can be fixed?
    I only have RDE with WOV and Visual V installed.
    Visual V´s modded files don´t interefere with RDE Files as far as i know.





  • @Yard1 Great job with the mod, can't wait for whatever is to come for the next installment!!!
    With that said, got two questions I would like to ask. Would it be ok if I upload an edited version of the vehicle.meta from your mod with my sound swap edits since I'm almost done with updating my handling and sound swap mods?
    Also, sometime after uploading my handling mod, would it be ok if I started to work on the handling for the added vehicles in this mod (whenever that will be) to be consistent with my handling mod?



  • @Dilapidated @Yard1 The coast guard variation of Swift cannot retract landing gears. I'm sorry if this has been fixed, please let me know.



  • @Akila_Reigns common problem with add-on heli mods. The landing gear function is... well hidden somewhere. That's why @FoxtrotDelta and me didn't release any add-on heli with working gears for example

  • I have no idea what i'm doing wrong, the police lways identify me even on a diferent car way outside their radious.
    already did two clean installs,one without any other mods....any ideas ?



  • @BladeRJ It's an issue with the system used by the script spawned police and how they are set to chase you. Hopefully it can be fixed in the future by somehow getting them to behave like normal dispatch cops after spawning, or creating new scripting to get around it, which will probably be a pain.



  • @BladeRJ Its something we're aware of and will work to find a resolution. Its pretty complicated to explain but what @The-Loot said is basically the issue. Stay tuned.



  • @Dilapidated I´m pretty sure you Guys will figure it out.
    I also found something which might be intentional from you Guys but i´m not sure.
    It sometimes happens that when the Ambient Event appears where the Police chases a Car,there are always 7 to 8 Police Cars in a Line chasing one Guy.Kinda looks like the Blues Brothers Pursuit Scene to me and when they approach a Junction with crossing Traffic,it also easily ends up as a Pile of Police Cars,funny as hell,but weird.
    So,was that intentional?Would make sense if the Criminals were more heavily armed,maybe with a turreted Limo or a stolen Army Vehicle.



  • @Dilapidated @Yard1 I have a problem with RDE. If I want to spawn the SASP Blazer ATV, my game crashes with "ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_GUARD_1".

    What is the problem? Thanks for solutions anyway. :)



  • @Weedinator69 It's a problem with both the model and gameconfig, will be fixed in the next version. For now, do not spawn it.



  • @Yard1 Are you planning to add police APC from gta IV as NOOSE/ARMY vehicle?





  • Remember when we used to do DEV updates? I don't, but hopefully you do. I thought it would be opportune to touch upon 3.1 and the future going forward.

    Since our initial release of 3.0 back in December, we're been hard at work sorting out issues and planning out the future.

    3.1 will be a content patch, which has been dubbed as the "Landstalker and Unmarked Pack" by myself.

    • For starters; the LSPD, LSSD and BCSD will all get some new unmarked vehicles

    • SAPR and the SAHP will receive a Landstalker

    • The LSSD, BCSD and NOoSE will receive Transporters

    • Our Emergency! DLC will continue to expand; with 3.1 launching with the new LSCoFD battalion Granger

    • And finally we're pleased to announce the Liberty add-on, which will provide support for OIV's Liberty City port. This will not launch with 3.1; but thought I'd mention it.

  • @Yard1 I wanna use the new script simply to spawn noose insurgents on 4th star and nothing else. Do to some fps issues I still use 2.2.1 and when I put the sixstarrespnse folder in scripts and left the rosponse locations normal it worked but when I done this...

    For basically every location when I put on 4 stars nothing spawns I have a dispatch that I use...



  • For next update, you guys can replace spawning cars without a script, at least i found the .ymap for Davis.

    Regarding your Davis station edit, which values did you change? Popgroup? Tried it myself, no effect.
