looking for help on installing mods

I have just downloaded this. i have tried installing mods but i cant get them to load. can anyone help me figure this out. much appreciated

when i download a mod, in the bottom left corner where the download is going on, the symbol is a minecraft block and so i put it in my main gta v folder (where all my mods go) and it doesnt work. Any suggestions?
