Chevrolet Corvette C1 Not Spawning

I am having trouble Spawning the Chevrolet Corvette C1 I have installed Retro Five - 50s Add-on Pack on which it work before the first time I installed it but now seems not working at all I tried everything I can think of I have 3 different trainers including the Add-on car Spawner and nothing work the Simple Trainer says that Car is Spawned but nothing I tired the others and some the wont work after or and I have to restart the Game Can someone help me I tried everything I can think of getting a New save file deleting the cfg file and pc settings but nothing can someone help me
