Replace to addon conversion

I did my first replace to addon conversion, but the car is not mine,
How can i share this car conversion for everyone ?

Ask the author for permission, usually there's an email adress in the ReadMe file. Most authors should be fine with that, as long as you keep their name as the original authors of the mod.
