[SCRIPT/IDK] Decal Editor

Now im sure this has probably been requested many times before, but a decal editor would be cool, just to make liveries on cars using with basic shapes like circles, lines etc. This would probably take a long time to make and develop etc., but it's just a dream right now lol.

@ethannn_ you can already edit decals present on the cars, by extracting the decal dds file from ytd and edtit in photoshop or any photo editor you use.
