Popups and missing textures with ADDON vehicles with Mapeditor

I'm getting popups and missing textures when loading a map that contains around 54 veh ( 25 of them are addon most of them are Skyline's jets) 170 prop and 60 ped,lowering the game's settings does nothing,disabling the map removes the textures issue,other than that i don't know what to do here,really love the view of the jets spawned in the airport looks empty as fuk without them
