Someone possibly make a mod off the tv show viper?

I think someone should make a mod for gta5 based off the tv show viper like a modding team did for san andreas. I think it might even be possible to actually have the car morph as well and we already have the vehicle weapons mod. I think it would be something cool as hell besides just kitt
