[MISC] Traffic light reflection in rain puddles

Wondering if it exist or if it's possible for a mod to enable traffic lights to have reflections in puddles. It always looks weird to me when it's raining in the city without the green and red reflections and seems like such a weird oversight on rockstars part.
For anyone confused, this is the kind of light I mean.

It could be possible, but someone would need to have a lot of knowledge in shader programming i guess. Only reason why I think Rockstar didn't do it is because it would be pretty performance consuming since the game would have to somehow calculate all the reflections of traffic lights and it would be insane lol.
