stunt maps load but not show in map

Unable to use stunt maps. Every time i download and install any stunt maps in gta 5 and after choosing it in map editor it does say the map is loaded but i am unable to find the mod in map.
what loads is only trailers cars but no ramps load please help!!!!!....
Note: i have also installed the unlock all object file.
this only happens for stunt maps all other maps working fine
