I had done all written in ‘read me’ but my addons Ped selector doesn't open in GTA 5

I tried all written in ’read me HTML ’ but the Ped selector doesn't open. I also watched a video of addons Ped installation on YouTube but it all goes in vain.

@choppa1 I have version 3.0 of addons Ped and I already watched that video.Did you which type of files in scrips folder can affect the addon peds.Because due to presence of some files I was unable to open my NIB menu but after removing those files it started working.May be to presence of some files my addons Ped is not working.Can make another folder named ‘new script’ and copy those add-on ped files in that new folder.May this will work or not?
