You need to use the correct grammar when posting on here next time.
So you want to install mods on GTA5? But on your Mac? GTA does not run on Mac. You would need at least a Virtual Box to tun it on

There's no GTA V for Mac and therefore no mods for it either. You would need to run the game in Boot Camp, and that's just Windows, so all installation instructions are the same as usual.
