[Ped] Alternate

Would be really cool/fun if someone could make a mod that remplace ped by animal and animal by ped.
I just mean the skin, and yeah I know the anims would be really glitched but that the idea in fact ^^
Lets see some funky town full of diformed animal, ped flying, or buziness man swiming like shark, some deer dancing, some dog driving car, some shark smoking a joint, some gangster chimp, some chicken cops, some prostitute cat dolls etc etc
