When I open my NIB menu and wear Ironman suit it asked to activate it. please help !

@Shiv The mod is currentlya paid mod meaning you need to pay for it. The link you mentioned is probably a file hosting site for the mod and Julio maybe hasn't shut it down.
As for your problem, the mod requires you to go to a site which will generate a unique ID for your PC which you then want to paste into a file called ironman.txt in the GTA folder.
Problem is, the site is currently ALSO available only to paying users so you cant get an ID.
Best thing to do now is wait. Julio said he'll release the mods to public this weekend.
