Reskinning State Police/Mtl FlatBed

I have completed the skinning of these vehicles, but I have no idea how to implement a livery. The CVPI will be easy, but the tow truck, I am unable the find the name of the livery for the in game skin.
the cvpi is cvpi_sign1
Anyone have any idea what the name of the tow truck is? Id like to sample my work with OPENIV before I send it in.
