[MISC] Less Traffic Mod - Improving Performance & Reduce Stuttering?

i remember found the mod years ago, but seems like its gone now. and the file that i downloaded also wiped on the past
I believe this will reduce stuttering on my system, like a lot. I remember tried to comparing vanilla traffic vs. the mod, it has huge differences on the game performance. IDK if its something on my PC or what, but worth to do right?
atleast only set of "Half of the vanilla" traffic & "default vanilla pedestrian" would be great. anybody who willing make this mod would be really appreciated

@apu889 there is no need to make it as you just search for settings.xml file with openiv and decrease trafficdensity and peddensity below 1.0 value.

i already set that to minimum value via graphics settings, and thus the game wrote settings.xml file like this
<CityDensity value="0.000000" /> <PedVarietyMultiplier value="0.000000" /> <VehicleVarietyMultiplier value="0.000000" />i mean, my request is pushing further away the minimum limit of traffic density until there's almost no traffic at all. And i think it can be achieved by altering something in gameconfig.xml
does it possible?

@apu889 Add SSD disk to install inside GTA V and you can see the stuttering reduced in a 95%, is the most cheap and healthy option for your PC and not affect your gamming experience like edit traffic, cause it works for performance but a game called Grand Theft Auto without enought vehicles, is sad.

@apu889 The gameconfig mod by F7YO has a lot of versions, with more or less traffic. Download it and try them, maybe you'll find what you're looking for.
