Turn dirt roads into asphalt.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the look and feel of dirt roads in GTAV? i assume one would be able to change the texture to make it look like an asphalt road , but what about the way it feels while driving? some of the best roads for drifting in the game, are dirt and just way too slippery to drive on and would love to turn them into asphalt.
if anyone has any idea on how to make this possible i would love to know.

Go into your handling.meta file and look for fTractionLossMult and set it to zero and it should give you the same amount of traction you get when driving on asphalt.
