Swapping Ped Clothes

Hey,
Having a problem trying to replace an upper component on a ped in zmodeler. I am new to this and wanted to give it a shot. I want to take the hoodie from dealer_01 and replace ballasouts_01 upper component. In zmodeler it looks good but in the game it looks fucked lol. Can anyone guide me through the process please? Interest to learn this.

Something fucked with the rig
There's an alternate way , Right click on one of the models and export to open formats (do that with two peds)
then copy the torso meshe's from dealer01 and put these to ballasout01
Right click on a blank space in Openiv and click "import openformats) and you are done

gonna have some fun with this i hate how vanilla ballasout looks lol.

@LDNENG Np , but it doesn't work with all the peds
Only with these that have similiar skeletons

@HeySlickThatsMe ok bro will keep that in mind and also try and learn how to do it zmodeler. Needs to be scaled a bit looks very big.
