Everthing blue and slow mo while aiming help pls!!!

Please help evertime when im aiming my screen turns blue like the special thing from michael and its slowmotion even if im drivebying i installed mods like gangster aim and a m1911 skin for heavy pistol since then it happend with this bug i cant play right its very annoying and i hope someone can help me!!!!!!!

@blvckg Im pretty sure its gangster aim, happened to me aswell.

@VancityD THX that u want to help but i solved it i think it was because of the Colt m1911 45 mod because i removed it (or maybe the gangster aim i removed both)
and now everything works fine
