[PAINT] LAPD skin for Custom 2013 Tahoe

So I made a 2013 Tahoe LAPD, all I need is someone to make a skin with a custom template, If you make any skins post them here and I'll choose a few to use in my Tahoe. And yes the tahoe will be unlocked.
