Is there a mod that allows you to use/hold guns inside?

I don't know about a mod but if you start shooting and the police come after you, you can use firearms inside.

Zippos friendly fire I think let's you use them in safehouse? Or am I wrong?

Me bad, well it's gotta be workable. unless rockstrap broke it again for their online garbage.

Open all interiors has similiar function in the .ini , dunno if it still works (and if it works in every interior)
