[Player] Cryptid monster

Can anyone make a monster similar to dragon, not exactly as dragon but his head should be like dragon and his body should be like lizard of movie Amazing Spider-Man.Matt black skin,red eyes ,long muscular tail and large dragon wings are his body features.He should have enough speed to ran on water , more power than Hulk and he can fly high in sky .He would blow blackish fire from his mouth.The black fire will decompose immediately on what it is blown. Please anyone would complete this task for me.
