Open IV crashing Launcher and ADD-ON mods not loading.

I recently reinstalled GTA V through steam, and subsequently added back all my basic mods. I have the current versions of the microsoft visual software, scripthook and hookdotnet, and RAGE. I've reinstalled them all at least 17 times now and tried removing combinations of them to see if any one was causing the issue. Still, to no avail, my two addon mods won't show through the native trainer. I've used two trainers and my only two addons are the Ingot widebody used in failrace's recent video, and panico's armored vehicle pack. Can anyone help with these two issues? Is one causing the other?
