Can someone put the GTA V Rockstar Editor Record system to GTA IV Rockstar Editor?

Can someone put the clip record system from Rockstar Editor in GTA V to the Rockstar Editor in GTA IV? I ask here because no one would read it on GTA4-mods.com

@JanS23 Impossibe. GTA IV handle a very old scripting API and obsolete rendering features from the graphic engine core; to do something like that, is necessary rewrite all the game code (from render engine until all entities animations and behavior controllers) to make possible that each game component can drop a storable data for the editor.
For GTA IV exists some mods to edit scenes and cameras natively using the own game resources.
