Weird Effect

Ok so after the latest update i redid everything again, got my simple trainer, speedo, gas, did my light mod to give cars the drl look etc. Except this time i noticed something weird. Water... there are lots of low spots in the oceans and lakes, you can drive on dry lake beds, then boom just a random patch of deep water... or when you are floating in water, you can see clearly under the water too at times. I've also noticed the drunken effect is extremely blurry. Same for night time scenes. Say you fly a plane or something, everything on the ground is very blurry especially at night. Rampage mode, can't see the enemy well, it's a blur, so curious if anyone else has had this experience.

@HeySlickThatsMe honestly no idea what that means lol it's weird, it's same mods i've always used and it's never done that

@DSKTX did you replace some timecycle stuff?
try restoring the timecycle modifiers
update.rpf/timecycle/timecycle_mods_1.xml , timecycle_mods_2.xml , timecycle_mods_3.xml , timecycle_mods_4.xml

@HeySlickThatsMe nope not that i know of.... i just do the vehicles... i don't even know what the time cyle whatever is.
