Use friend-character in single player?

Hi Guys.
A question: Is there a mod that allows me to use a friend character in the singleplayer? I want to create a GTA film and need some scenes, like a friend on the phone.

@pyro_cat I'm not quite sure what you mean. A friend could be anyone. Doesn't the Rockstar Editor serve your purpose and if not, why?

Hi. In the director mode, I can not make phone calls. The option does not exist. In online mode, this unfortunately does not work. I want to make calls at the beginning of my movie, with my friend.
Therefore, I need the possibility in normal singleplayer mode a mod, in which I can play the character of my friend.
