i want to put a car mod and it tells me
FIRST go to: gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
and i dont have the dlcpacks folder ?!?

@mark3000011 dont go to update.rpf. he means the update folder and then to x64>dlcpacks>patchday14. You can put cars in the newest patchday if you like to

my friend if you don't have DLC folder than. it means two things. either you are using GTA 5 Chinese version or you are using a Cracked Pirated version.which ever the case may be, both type of game files are not supported on this webite.as Piracy and non legit game can't be discussed on this website. Very sorry.can you tell me which version of game you have ? just to confirm this?if you disagree , please provide evidence.Edit: i may be wrong here, as pirated game also has Dlcpacks Folder in that location.,

@FoxtrotDelta I was just thinking that. The proper address should be mods\update\x64\dlcpacks, but I'm not seeing any dlcpacks folder.

@nathanjamesddg151 dlcpacks doesn't exist until you add the first addon, nor x64 for that matter...
Until you either modify the default x64?.rpf or patchday folders... or start adding addons, there is no need for that dlcpacks folder to exist.
I think some modders just assume that everyone would have created it by default.
