help with the folder

it tells me to Navigate to GTAV\mods(if use OpenIV ASI)\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf i dont have the x64e.rpf folder why ?

@mark3000011 First, you have to copy the x64e.rpf from the main folder to the mods folder. Everything won't be automatically added to the mods folder, you have to do it yourself.
