[SCRIPT/MISC] RADAR on Cellphone Screen

I've longed for this mod since I started playing GTA V. This would be a more immersive and valid option for players who like to play without the radar and hud elements on. It would act as a sort of "google maps" for GTA V in a way, the phone screen would show the path to waypoint, etc. Plus, paired with the voice navigation mods, it could make it super authentic. Now, I'm script illiterate and don't even know how to get my foot in the door with something like this, nor do I know what files to even begin snooping around to try to fuck with phone elements, etc. so I decided to bring it up here, hoping one of you brilliant kind souls could take this idea, nurture it, and turn it into something dope.
