Can´t accept Callouts (LSPDFR)

Hey,

I can´t accept Callouts in LSPDFR. The Callout comes and then when I press "Y" nothing happend!? I Updatet Assorted Callouts could it be a problem?

Make sure you have the latest of all required files. Have you tried getting support from the author's pages? @Albo1125 mentioned a few steps to gain support:
