How do I fix air traffic, airport traffic spawn glitch?

Does anybody know how to fix a weird traffic spawning glitch at the airport? It's making cars like a vapid bullet spawn in place of planes at the airport and in the sky. There are vapid bullets that are trying to takeoff like a plane and land like one so they go really fast on the runway and stop at the end because obviously they cant take off. Also, they are spawning in the sky but when i get near one in a plane, they just fall to the ground. I checked my vehiclemodelsets and popgroups and i didn't set them to do this. If anyone knows how to fix, let me know

@wlupoli you gotta take some screenshots or a short video of the cars trying to take off thats a funny glitch.
Seeing the cars flying in the air would make me laugh.
