Tutorial for How to Make Player Mods (Head and Body)?

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and new to modding gta altogether. I was looking around for tutorials on here on how to make player mods, for instance if I wanted Michael Jordan's face in the game how would I get it in there? I looked through the tutorials section of the forum but did not find anything to answer this question of mine unless I overlooked a topic? Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction? It's not as easy as you think. I'll warn you right now, this site's mods are a bit cliche. Why am I telling you this?
You're about to find out.
You require a program named "Zmodeler3" (assuming this is the Zmodeler everyone uses.), but don't go right to downloading it thinking you're ready. You haven't even gotten to the
goodsad shit yet.Zmodeler3 costs MONEY, $14.95 for a 1-month license from what I can remember. So.. if you didn't plan on spending money, then... you're fucked, because now you can't make a mod, AT ALL. 2: Zmodeler is the ONLY way to actually be able to create true mods.
See, if this were a site for an older game (say, Jedi Knight 2), I could say
this instead:
Find your OBJ, open it in Milkshape 3D, position it to the required position, make sure actual model itself (when loaded) is named what you're replacing so the game knows to find it. Make sure the textures are the required type when created and that they hold the same name as the model you're replacing. When saving, name file the same as the model you're replacing, and that the file type is the same as the file type used for that model. (e.g .glm, or .md3)
Place it where the original file is supposed to go, and then run the game. Find the model, if you see it and it has textures, it's official, you've modded.But I didn't, because Zmodeler is highly more advanced than that. (Although I'd assume the process is the same. And while you do have to pay for a Milkshape 3D license, too, there have been people generating names and codes for getting Milkshape 3D for free. You don't see this with Zmodeler, it's a highly sophisticated program.)
And so when you don't want to spend money, but want a great majority of classic cars, you would normally go and make a request in the mod requests section.
Too bad that unless your mod is a modern Lambo, Ferrari, Bugatti, your topic is just a damn desert. That's why I said this site has "cliche mods", a lot. (Did I mention everybody loves modern celebrities?)

Is there anyone who take personal request? Lets say I wanted to use myself in the game, would there be anyone willing to make me? Im assuming this would require some workers fee

I'll chime in here
- Not exactly, but the general principles are the same, Zmodeler 2 and 3DSMAX can be used for GTA IV modding.
- There is definitely a learning curve but between these forums, the official zmodeler forums and youtube, you'll find all the tutorials and documentation you'll need.
- There are a few modders on here who take requests, expect to give a reasonable donation for the time and effort they put in. You can make requests here: https://forums.gta5-mods.com/category/7/requests
Also, although ZModeler 3 is paid software, there are ways to get it for free. However that's not legal, strictly speaking and It's against the forum rules to advocate piracy/cracked software.

@Pigloo I couldn't tell you. I don't do ped mods myself so I'd recommend contacting some of the modders on here who do and asking them. it will likely vary depending on the modder and how difficult & time consuming the request is.

Some modders charge like, 20 bucks, and some are REALLY expensive. They charge 200 sometimes. Make sure you find the right guy.

Wrong. You can use the student version of 3ds max coupled with GIMS Evo to create mods.

@krashadam It does work. Some would even say it works better than ZModeler. I've heard people say they are waiting for vehicle support so that they don't have to use ZModeler anymore.

15 a month?? Lord help us! Here I was the past two years thinking Zmodeler was some kind of out of reach software an the only people who could afford it were left barely scraping by. I get it money is money an everybody wants more but the way I see modders refer to it sometimes is a tad juvenile after all doing this is a choice it should be a hobby. Shit half the mods i download dont have a readme with instructions on how to install. Earn it.

Does any of you know anyone who makes peds with animated mouths so they could move while talking? I had made a request and one person messaged me however he doesnt make animated ones. He did mention a person that did and messaged them on here and facebook however they looked at 2 of my messages and never answered back. So if anyone knows a person or two please let me know guys, thanks in advance
