[SOLVED] Downloading Mods takes hours

So i downloaded a motorcycle mod, after i put in and startet the game a download came up as normal the only diffrence is that i now have to download 15.00GB!! why is it so much all the sudden?

@LeMojoPkm You need to use the OpenIV mods folder feature to get rid of the automatic download when you start the game after installing a mod

@LeMojoPkm Did you let the download finish? You most likely still have the modified file in the original game files, by that I mean the file that you edited before you started using the "mods" folder is still there. If you have the backups of that file, overwrite the modified file with those, if not then let the game download the 15GB and then start using the "mods" folder
