I personally use this one in combination with manual editing of assembly.xml.

Man the one good program is RIP, the xml is a PITA, I really am seeing the death of GTA V modding. TY though guys.

The OIV system is based around the XMLs. If you can't do XMLs then you shouldn't be anywhere near OIVs, just like anyone who doesn't know programming shouldn't be anywhere near GTA 5 scripting. Sorry, but it's true.

@AHK1221 No offense, but I assumed it had been made into a graphic user interface with that program. I'm not a script kiddie, I can do XML, just not an entire library of all the mods I have downloaded to make it easier. And by that I mean for my personal use.

@Pedge The OIV system is for mod creators to make their installation process easier. Its not for the end user to make installation easier, trust me, making the OIVs is harder then just installing the mods manually. If you want to make a pack of mods to upload on the site, well, you have to go through the trouble to do XMLs. Just like all us scripters have to sit down and write code without any graphical user interface.
