Franklin's shoes converted to mp female

Hey guys!!!
My HSE entrance exam will be over in a few days and i've been wonderin how 2 convert franklin's shoes to my female character. Should i do some modding and modeling to get the shoes (trainers, boots etc) or should i just drag and drop and it'll fit on my girl?
if u have some ways to do such i would love to hear u out.
