looking to downgrade my gta and never update it again, any way to downgrade? if so please help

Just keep a backup of the files and restore them whenever Steam updates them, or use Launcher Bypass to prevent updating.
- GTA5.exe
- GTAVLauncher.exe
- update/update.rpf
Also it's prohibited to link to original game files.
